These Refund and Return Policy terms outline the conditions under which refunds and returns may be processed for donations, services, and products associated with Amani Support. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Donations

Amani Support greatly appreciates all donations made to support our mission. However, we understand that errors may occur. Refund requests for donations must be submitted within 14 days of the donation date. Refunds will only be processed in cases of errors, such as duplicate transactions or incorrect amounts. Donors should send refund requests to the designated email address, including their name, donation date, and proof of the transaction. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and issued to the original payment method. Recurring donations can be canceled at any time, but past contributions are non-refundable.

2. Event Registrations and Sponsorships

For event registrations, refund requests must be submitted at least seven days before the event date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within seven days of the event. If Amani Support cancels an event, registrants will have the option to receive a full refund or transfer their registration to a future event. Sponsorship contributions are generally non-refundable; however, exceptional cases will be reviewed individually.

3. Products and Merchandise

If Amani Support offers merchandise for sale, return and refund policies will apply. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition within 30 days of purchase and must include the original receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. Items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for returns or refunds.

4. Services Provided

Due to the nature of the services offered by Amani Support, refunds for services are generally not available. However, if a service was not delivered as described, a refund or adjustment may be considered. Refund requests must be submitted within seven days of service completion and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Processing of Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary based on the payment provider but typically take between five to ten business days. Amani Support reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

6. How to Request a Refund or Return

To request a refund or return, individuals should contact Amani Support via email or phone with the subject line “Refund/Return Request.” The request should include the full name, transaction date, reason for the refund or return, and proof of payment if applicable.

7. Changes to This Policy

Amani Support reserves the right to modify this Refund and Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the revised policy.
